From specified alloys
to architectural detailing
Aris Nardeh works with stainless railings, glass balustrades, cable systems and fittings. Our approach coordinates architecture, material selection, anchorage and installation quality. Confirm project specifications before manufacture and installation.
Material grades and specifications are checked against the order documents.
Applications in villas, residential buildings and commercial spaces
Stair dimensions and slope are checked with suitable measuring instruments.
Warranty scope, duration, exclusions and maintenance obligations are set out in the project contract.

Machining of stainless spigots and cable tensioning fittings
“A railing is more than a barrier;
it defines a space and its architectural character.”
Railing and barrier details affect both the structure and the experience of a space. At Aris Nardeh, material selection, connection details, alignment and finishing are considered alongside the loads and conditions of each project.
Assess materials against order specifications and verifiable documents. Stainless grade, glass and interlayer type, connection method and finish are selected for each project. Magnetic response alone cannot establish the grade or quality.
Safety through project-specific design
Define the test method and acceptance criteria in the project technical documents.
Surface finishing
Satin hairline or mirror-polished finishes, as specified in the order
Four principles for durable railing systems
Material specifications, connection design, installation control and maintenance planning guide project decisions.
Connection detailing and CNC machining
Connections are selected and checked against the drawings and order specifications. Manufacturing method, tolerances, threads and surface finish must suit the application, loads and connected cable or glass.
Alloy identification and material verification
Specify the grade, material documents and any alloy-identification tests in the order. Durability also depends on the environment, detailing, finish and cleaning.
Review of fire and building requirements
Check barrier height, component spacing, loads and post-breakage glass behaviour against applicable requirements and approved drawings. Laminated glass can break; a system name alone does not guarantee approval.
Coordination with architects and installers
Shop drawings, agreed material samples and coordination with finishing and floor construction help reduce installation conflicts.
From initial consultation to handover
Record review, measurement, drawing approval, production and installation responsibilities and timing in the project programme.
Consultation and system selection
Review the use of the terrace, void, stair or pool and compare frameless, base-shoe, spigot and cable systems against the project budget and applicable requirements.
Site measurement and surveying
Site measurements check levels, vertical alignment, stair slopes and the support conditions before production.
Custom fabrication and processing
Connection machining, glass processing, cable termination and final finishing follow the approved system specifications.
Installation and handover
Install anchors to the drawings and connection instructions, check alignment and tension, complete the final inspection, and provide maintenance instructions and contractual warranty terms.
Fabrication and production planning
Custom fittings and handrails require review of the drawings, materials and production capacity. Agree fabrication details, samples, lead times and quality-control responsibilities before ordering.
Tube and profile cutting
Tube and profile cutting to the approved drawings
Metal surface finishing
Mirror-polished and satin hairline surface options
Cable-terminal swaging
Select the cable swaging method and force to match the cable, terminal and tool specifications.
PVD coating options
Gold, smoked and rose-gold finishes subject to the order specifications

Grade 316 stainless glass spigot
Check dimensions, finish and material documents against the order. Magnetic testing alone does not identify a stainless grade; specify alloy-identification testing separately when required.
Tempered-laminated glass panels
Coordinate glass type, ply thickness, interlayer and edge quality with the design and restraint method. Low-iron glass has less tint but does not by itself guarantee distortion-free appearance or system safety.

What to check before ordering
Plan your next railing project with Aris Nardeh
Send the architectural drawings, location and site information so the scope of consultation, sample requirements and possible site visit can be agreed.
What should you review before choosing a railing contractor?
Review the scope, material specifications, design and installation responsibilities, schedule and written warranty terms. Professional experience and certificates should be supported by verifiable records. Share dimensions, site photographs and your preferred system to obtain a project-specific proposal.
